"CASE CLOSED" OFF MARKET $765,000 290 N Paseo Picaro It's all about relationships...... This transaction was a win win for everyone involved and really put me to the test. The goal we had to land an absolutely beautiful home was met in just 23 days. Originally met my buyers about a year ago helping them secure a lease. We stayed in touch every month and created a great relationship with each other and I can honestly say him and his fiancé were the best people I have met in a very long time.
