The Scripps Ranch Fire Safe Council meets monthly to determine how we can better serve Scripps Ranch -and San Diego in general on the continuing Wild Fire threat. Why is California burning? Many think it's climate change, but there's another reason, and there's real evidence of it. KUSI's Paul Rudy and Mark Mathis talk about it on their Facebook Live show.
