Shortly after my earlier post about winning a case in the California Court of Appeal, the LA District Attorney's Office appealed the decision to the California Supreme Court. Thankfully, the CA Supreme Court has sided with my client by denying the prosecution's appeal and finalizing the lower court decision in favor of the client.
