Hi lovely humans. It's January 4, 2021. We can feel hope in the air for a year filled with more ease! Let's be real - 2020 was a heck of a year. Collectively, we experienced a global pandemic, the surfacing of social inequities in our country, unprecedented wildfires, and a turbulent election season. We all had our unique challenges as we navigated these situations this year, yet we are sure we can all agree on one thing: our yoga practice and our incredibly ...supportive community made everything more bearable.
