We have 2 almost adult sons and a fur-baby named Asa. I love exercise and practicing yoga brings me great joy. I’m a graduate of YogaWorks’ 200 RYT program, one of the top-rated teacher training schools globally, rated 5 stars by Yoga Alliance, and I am very excited to help you on your journey of good health!
