the Yard is OPEN tonight at 4:00pm for #outdoordining. @andiegrrl our resident designer and plant mom is working her magic. the crab special will be AVAILABLE in the yard. this is the LAST NIGHT for the #arw2021 specials (pork sampler and vegan box) and will also be available in the Yard. we’ve spaced out the tables to 8’ and positioned the heat lamps. come out, be safe, and have fun. and I am the pizza wolf. thanks to @h.a.n.d.s.o.m.e.boy for the gear. @woodironeatery mafia for life. #downtownalameda

...aaand we are back!! the Yard is open tonight at 5pm for #outdoordining. we are open for dinner only the next week until we get back up to speed and get our staff back. after that, we’ll be 6 days a week 12-8pm. THUNDERCATS ARE GOOOO!!! crabs are back on the menu tonight. chili and garlic half crab with seasoned genmai rice, herbs, fried shallots and crab fat hollandaise. if you’re not harvesting the silken crab fat from the inside of the shell, you are missing out on flavor country. these crabs were to the gills (pun intended). @loslamb knows where it’s at. #downtownalameda #arw2021 we got only a few days left of restaurant week. get out there and support your local. @infatuation_sf @eastbaynosh @eater_sf

good news, bad news. CRABS are back tomorrow and hopefully the weekend. bad news is that you can’t eat them in the Yard. hopefully the weather will cooperate and we’ll open for dinner on saturday. it’s a long shot #fingerscrossed #ARW2021 #downtownalameda BTW these crabs are super agro, so u know they’re gonna be good.
