Negative Patterning...are you caught in its evil clutches? Goodness sakes, it’s a powerful time, the cosmic weather is pulling us inward. We are all so connected in Creator’s beautiful tapestry. I’m seeing so clearly in my soul sessions as a theme recently. Insidious abuse. Whether it’s a self-abuse of negative story stuck in a loop on constant replay, or a trap of relationship stickiness where either partner or both is stuck in a subtle or not so subtle waving a flag of ne...ver-being-good-enoughness... identifying the snag is where the healing begins. Change is totally...in the air. We see it outside of us in the political realms where voting has suddenly become a very hot topic, and in the fall out of its debate. The underlying current of being vested in our future is the change. We see it in ourselves, that rustled inkling of I am responsible for my own happiness. It’s right here in self accountability. The cosmic weather is going to take us a little bit backwards this October....try not to let it rattle you. If you are feeling lonely...it’s easy to fall in a rut believing no one cares. It’s one of the biggest lies we tell ourselves ...that we are unworthy of love. The most important thing you can do is get out of the house, it may feel counter intuitive but push yourself to immerse in nature. Walk. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Feel. And make sure to make eye contact...powerful energy of connection is in our windows of the soul. Be brave, take a deeper look at each person you see. You are loved. You are. Hugs. If you are not lonely, treat everyone you meet as someone who might be.

Yes..forgive. Absolutely. Yet, try not to keep your eyes focused in the rear view mirror. So often when are trying to make peace from our past, we override our ...good sense and give away the farm to keep people close to us, that perhaps should be earning their way back into our lives. Find a balance with your boundaries. Be compassionate, always...however find a way to be discerning. You are valuable. If you act like a door mat because you are afraid to let toxic people go, you are going to end up feeling depression or self doubt. Frankly, lack of awareness of actively keeping your environment healthy creates a lot of confusion for people. It’s tempting to blame others for not showing up in our lives in a healthy way. The truth is, if we remain aware of relationships value, we will draw from them what truly sustains us. Keep self evaluating what is working and not working in your life. Take charge.
