Today we honor one of the greatest men in our country’s history, who asked us to judge one another, not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. Some day, we hope to rise to his dream, and not just see beyond, but *embrace* differences in race, religion, gender, political beliefs, sexual preference, socioeconomic class, and all other aspects that could divide us, and instead bond with one another authentically via quality of character. We, too, share that dream.
As our first post of the New Year, this is a wonderful article offering ways to deal with stress and uncertainty in all of our lives. What a great way to kick off 2021: with additional tools to help manage stress, and some helpful life hacks...

Until 988 goes into effect:
While this will take some time to go into effect, yesterday congress signed a bill establishing a simple three digit Suicide Prevention Hotline nationwide: 988. This is a huge step towards helping those who are actively struggling... #988CantWait #SuicidePrevention #endstigma
