Do people ever share HOW to love yourself, or just tell you that you should? I've had SO many people reach out lately to chat about self love and the struggles that we all share that I decided to make a 5 day self love challenge- literally 1 thing every day that can empower you and make you fall a little more in love with someone REAL imp...ortant- you.
