We have a longtime client who commissions a different gingerbread installation each year. One year it was a circus, another year and English village complete with castles, then an airfield in Casablanca, then an African village, then whimsical Dr. Seuss. This year the challenge was Siena, Italy and our Gingerbread Masters, Armando Uribe and Susan, created some of their best work. I hope all of you enjoy the pictures as much as we loved watching them create it!
