We bought our house with Tere (our first one) and she did everything. She went house hunting with my wife (I didn’t even go because I knew what I’d be in for) numerous times, made arrangements with the people who did the maintenance to continue to do so and just about everything else. If there were problems, I didn’t even know about them because they were dealt with. That was 10 years ago this month, my wife and I (oh, and our petting zoo) are still happy here.
