I will offer free criminal defense representation to up to 20 people arrested while engaged in legitimate protesting in Solano County from June 1-7, 2020, for allegedly committing the crime of Penal Code section 148(a) (resisting, delaying, or obstructing) with no accompanying underlying crime to everyone that is not on probation or parole that I can who contacts me by close of business on June 8, 2020.
