Here is an update of some of the changes we have made at the office to protect our patients and our staff: In addition to our usual cleaning and sanitizing practices we are wearing masks and our patients will also wear a mask. There are hand sanitizers at various locations throughout the office for staff and patient use. There are plexiglass shields on every dispensing table and at the front desk. Frames are UV sanitized after being touched / tried on. Chairs, countert...ops, and other frequently touched areas are sanitized frequently throughout the day. We are also limiting the number of patients in the office and request you call ahead for an appointment instead of dropping in. We offer curbside adjustments and delivery of glasses if our patient prefers to stay in their car! Our office is safe and ready to care for our patients and to assist you with your eyewear needs! ATTENTION (change in services): We must change the way we operate over the next few weeks. We truly care about you and need to do our part to reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19. Due to recommendations from the CDC, the COA, and our local government, we will not be doing annual routine eye exams for the next few weeks. We ARE available for urgent eye care needs. Please call us at 707-429-0301 if you have an eye related emergency. If you need contact lenses or you have... glasses to pick up and you need them now, we are committed to do our best to meet your needs. We will deliver them to you at the door or mail them upon request. We ask that you return after April 6th for fine tuning your adjustment. When you arrive at our office you will find the door is locked. Once you arrive, please call us at 707-429-0301. We will be available to assist you between 9:00am - 4:00pm. If you are not urgently in need of glasses or contact lenses, we kindly ask that you return after April 6th.
