He a former Sergeant of Combat Fitness in the Israeli Defense Forces and Equinox’s Personal Trainer of the Year. Bringing his 15+ years of experience from the military, New York City, and California, Tom has been featured in Forbes, Voyage LA, and Equinox’s Furthermore. He specializes in regeneration, mobility, stability, and core ...strength. Tom also loves the outdoors and is an avid Cyclist, Rock Climber, and Prone Paddle/SUP boarder. His main passion is his volunteer work with the LA Food Bank and Beach Cities Health District. Tom is excited to meet you on the beach for this unique 60 minute strength and conditioning bootcamp where he’ll teach you new ways to stay active, move better, and keep motivated during this pandemic.
