Mortgage rates at all time lows last week, I had a 2.875% 30 year and a 2.375% 15 year. Everyone I talk to that has inside knowledge seems to think we will see 2.5% 30 year rate this summer, I’m not so sure as stock market is roaring and jobless claims way down. I say lock in the great rates right now, or if you are brave enough wait 2 month.
