Thank you to all the heroes who helped during 9/11
All spines and nervous systems benefit from chiropractic care!
Great video from Dr. Amy Hayek, owner, instructor, and animal chiropractor for ACES (animal chiropractic education source). She relates environmental stresses (i.e. fires) and how it affects the nervous system.
Unfortunately, this is a very common drug that we see prescribed to animals. Animal Chiropractic is a great alternative, that is safe and helps the bodies natural ability to heal itself.
Check out this awesome post a patient made for their pug https://instagram.com/p/BiLNkYkhY7b/
This weekend Dr. Palmer will be attending the yearly animal chiropractic conference hosted by the American veterinary chiropractic association. There will be many speakers, both vets and chiros, talking about the benefits and research on animal chiropractic. We are looking forward to applying what we learn to our future patients! http://avca.regstep.com/
Thank you Petmasters for the shout out! We are happy to serve the animals of Southern California and look forward to spreading awareness on the benefits of animal chiropractic.
Hello, I hope everyone's been having a great summer. Please take the time to check out and share this gofundme campaign for a desperate cat in need of both chiropractic and veterinary care. Thanks! https://www.gofundme.com/help-pooh-bear-the-cat-heal
Hey everyone! Come check out our booth today at the Fontana Let's Move event. We should be near the Healthy Pet Expo, which will be near city hall and the police station. Bruce Lee (my pug) and I will be there from 9-1pm answering questions about animal chiropractic and hopefully meeting future patients.
Here is a quick article on "How to find a Great Animal Chiropractor". Being a good animal chiropractor requires experience and training. Chiropractic is truly an art form, so you want to make sure that you work with someone that has the tactile sense and knowledge in their hands to truly feel the subtle nuances in your animal’s spine. https://www.stretchthatdog.com//how-to-choose-an-animal-ch
Here is a great video of a dog, before and after chiropractic care. I have dealt with a few similar cases, where the owners were told to either have surgery or euthanize their pets. After utilizing chiropractic care, many of the pets I have worked with were back to their normal selves. If you know anyone who has a pet in a similar situation, feel free to give my information so that they may get the opportunity to discover the benefits of animal chiropractic care.
Or contact your local animal chiropractor!
HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY! Celebrate the dog in your life by getting them animal chiropractic care. Animal chiropractic adds years to life and life to years! Call 702-460-5704 to schedule an appointment.
I couldn't help but share this video of a baby tiger getting a chiropractic adjustment. This particular adjustment is different then how I do it since they are using an activator, but there is more than one way to perform an adjustment. The biggest thing is that the animal is feeling and moving better!
With the summer heat coming along, here are some key things to keep an eye on if you are worried about your pet overheating.
February is a month filled with love and happiness. As important as it is to love our pets, we also have to think about their safety. In this article, the center for pet safety (CPS) studied a large variety of pet carriers, crates, pilot seats and harnesses that are meant to keep our dogs and cats safe during vehicle collisions. There are some pretty awesome videos too, to see which of these devices is the best. https://www.thedodo.com/pet-safety-crash-test-videos-141873
Happy New Years from Dr. Palmer and So Cal Animal Chiropractic! 2017 is a great year to focus on both your health and the health of your pets. Many people choose to lose weight as a new years resolution, and walking your dog is one great way to accomplish that. Make sure that your pet is moving properly and can keep up this year by having them regularly checked by your animal chiropractor. We are looking forward to serving you and our animal community this 2017.
Make sure to keep your pets in mind this 4th of July!
Here is a little bit of information on Functional Movement Taping for horses. I am certified in Equine Functional Movement Taping and am happy to offer these services to my horse patients.
This is a great event for a great organization that supports veterans with PTSD by placing them with service dogs. Come down and check it out.
Cute video showing an example of why dogs may need chiropractic care.

What a great short video on rehabilitating this little puppy so that he could find a home
I recently attended the RockTape Equine FMT seminar where we learned taping for both riders and horses. This is a new and growing field and I am looking forward to educating and treating my future patients with RockTape.
This great app will help dogs and owners reunite. I can't wait for it!
What a great story of how animals change our lives.
