To that end, here are some of the steps we are taking: We are following guidelines provided by ServSafe, our state and national restaurant associations, and the Centers for Disease Control. Fortunately, most of the practices recommended for safe food service also happen to be the very same ones recommended for preventing the spread of this virus. We have increased our sanitizing regimen for common areas, our kitchen and the tools that are handled by multiple people: work stations, touch screens, hand held devices and so on. We are closely monitoring staffs’ health and making sure that no one works who shows any signs of illness, even feeling a little under the weather.
