Thanks to everyone that joined us for the few weeks we have been back open since the COVID-19 restrictions. We were able to work out and learn, while maintaining social distances and staying safe! Unfortunately, Alameda County restrictions require all gyms to shut down all indoor activities on November 18, 2020. Please stay tuned for more updates as we will continue to update our FB page!

Are you ready to start training !!! November 2, 2020 We are ready to safely open. Below is our temporary schedule. In order to train we are going to have to follow COVID-19 guidelines.... You must wear a mask. At this time students who have signed up for a schedule class must be on time and already dressed in uniform. Parents it will be a drop off only. Please call in and leave a message on the phone to schedule and reserve your class time, which will only be three days a week. Space is limited! Stay healthy and see you soon.

Covid-19 Update 6/8/2020 From Governor’s office Despite saying gyms could reopen on June 12, the governor’s office has not posted industry-specific guidelines. We’ll update when we learn more. ... We have heard that Alameda County may have different opening timelines. While we are excited to reopen we want to be sure we have everything in place for your safety, our safety and that of all of our families safety. Please check back for updates.
