It has been such a busy season for us that I haven't really done much posting about our amazing students this year. They have all been WONDERFUL and I am SO GRATEFUL that we have been able to teach each and every one of them! With only 3 more weeks of teaching, I am reflecting on all the new swimmers that we have produced! Many thanks to my returning families and all the new families that have trusted us with their precious little ones. Thanks also to my amazing granddaughter...s and co-teachers, Elley and Mattie Ahrend, who brought so much fun, enthusiasm and excitement into the pool with them. The students all adored them! I am pleased to say that both girls will be teaching with me again next year. And lastly, thank you to every single student who came to us and learned. Our students have come from all different backgrounds, abilities and experiences and believed in us enough to put themselves into our hands. We have been able to guide toddlers, teens and adults to overcome their fears and learn to truly love to swim. We have gently introduced infants to the pool and taught new parents how to feel comfortable and safe taking their own babies into the water. We have brought true joy into the lives of our special needs students and peace of mind to their parents. We are so grateful to be able to do this important work and look forward to many more seasons serving you. I want to share this beautiful video one proud grandfather made of his 2 year 4 month old grandson just last week. It demonstrates beautifully the reason we do this work!
