Free COVID-related landlord and tenant mediation services available for both commercial and residential tenants. The program will assist tenants and landlords located in the city of Sacramento, with these important conversations, specifically as it relates to the local Tenant Eviction Moratorium Ordinance. The moratorium created a temporary ban on evicting residential and commercial tenants unable to pay rent due to a loss of income caused by COVID-19 impacts. The City is wo...rking with the Sacramento Mediation Center to provide these services for issues related to rent repayment plans, lease terms and other COVID-related disagreements.
