I love being aloud to be back in my environment! I’ve missed my clients. Things are definitely different with the new modifications. However, I’m just super grateful My hours of operation have changed a bit. Please bare with me on returning messages. Covid has me wearing all the hats so it’s challenging to stay on top of it! ... Friday’s from 10-3 is open retail day. No appt necessary. The other days are reserved on an appt only basis. If you have stopped by and I’m locked behind the doors it’s because I’m with a client. What matters most? Vaccinate? Or ...Let your body do the fighting ? In my opinion it’s both As a nurse, I studied a lot about pathogens, cross contamination, and infectious diseases. I worked with medical Drs. I gave vaccinations, and I received them. I educated patients on antibiotics, and I took antibiotics when needed. Fast forward. I’m no longer practicing as a nurse, although I stay active in my licensing. Today, I’m an independent holistic esthetician. I believ...e in taking a holistic, mind, body, spirit approach to all things healthy. It’s an inside-out thought process. Long story short. Our immune system is the key to a long healthy life. I hope people have taken the time during this pandemic to clean up the terrain Focusing on better eating, sleeping, and exercising habits! This will lead to a healthy community. Our mindset is EVERYTHING. Yes vaccines are important to immune compromised patients who already have less of a chance to fight off diseases...HOWEVER Does decreasing the chances of contracting a disease increase with a healthy life style? Heck ya! So when I am asked by my clients Are you going to get vaccinated for Covid? My answer is.. I want those who fear Covid, those who have less of an opportunity to fight it off, and who have been advised by the experts in the field who are caring for them to get vaccinated We are aloud to choose for now I’m not a vaccine pusher or punisher. I did vaccinate my children. We live in a world of free will, a country of choice (for now) . It’s time for us to support each-other. Bashing one’s opinion isn’t helping anyone. I choose eating better, prayer, meditation, and mindfulness as my vaccine. BUT I don’t disregard the importance of the experts in the field, I pray for them #inthistogether #mindbodyspirit #insideout #germtheory PS! Stress compromises the immune system xoxo
