SUMMER SKIN COCKTAIL One of the challenges from a vacation for me is maintaining healthy skin while exposing my skin to pool/ jacuzzi chemicals and water temperatures, high levels of sun exposure, dehydration from some of our favorite cocktails and poor diet choices. Apply Sunscreen at least 30 minutes before going outside, I use Tizo SFT for my face which is mineral spf and wont stings your , I use neutrogena for the rest of my body. After I get out the pool I rinse my skin and immediately apply vita c spray, HA+firming boost, vitasoothe serum and last ultrabenefits moisturizer (if your skin is more on the drier side use a cream such as CeraVe) spray vita C spray throughout the day to comfort skin.
