Duties: - Provide general clerical support including correspondence, mailings, faxing, email, documents & agency management systems - Assist clients with needs - bill pay & questions, basic policy service, policy changes... - Assist Agent & Account Manager with scheduling appointments - Agency Alerts - Resolves client issues, problem solve, resolutions - Obtain new client information - Social Media marketing & CRM Management Desire Attributes: - Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills to handle client needs primarily over phone - Attention to detail, follow-through, and eagerness to market our agency and our products in handling daily client facing activities - Ability to empathetic, positive and upbeat in written and verbal communication - excellent grammar and proofreading - Good organization skills and ability to prioritize - Computer proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft programs such as work and excel - Marketing experience or knowledge
