Something that gets overlooked and well, that has to do with me because I hardly ever mention it, is the use of crystals at Singing Bowl Healing. When it comes to crystals I feel it’s better for me not to talk about it, rather you experience a session first then we can talk about your experience in what you saw and what you felt. Sound energy is an effective tool in itself, but combined with crystal energy and the theta wave brain frequency that the client is producing you ha...ve now quite the powerful platform. I only use 1 type of crystal (during the Sound Journey) and that is the clear quartz. I use this crystal because I like how science and technology research is applied to the quartz. I also just feel connected to it when it’s in my hand, I don’t get that sensation with other crystals. 4 years ago I read a book about the energies between the human mind and electronic quartz crystal. An engineer from the Bay Area (Frank Dorland) in the 80’s did extensive research on the crystal skull from England better known as the Mitchell & Hedges crystal skull. This book gave me vital insight into how the clear quartz works. I really studied this book because I love how it was written 30 years ago, before crystal information and opinions were more than a social media post. I’m happy to announce the studio is back open! It’s been shut down for over 3 months due to Covid-19. There was very little talk if any, from our leaders and health directors about approaching this pandemic in a healthy manner. We were told to stay home, stay away from each other, close the economy, close the parks, close the beaches, don’t go to work, wear a mask and news that was fixated on a death toll number. No talk on how to build people up not through fear, but through... a strong state of mind coupled with a healthy immune system, the right way-a natural way. Our bodies are intricate machines that were designed to perform with nature’s elements. We carry the message that our lives are specifically connected to Earths vibration. As we heal ourselves, so does the planet and vice versa. We are in a fascinating era where even though we were told to shelter in place, the planet was able to recharge and got a cleansing from years of neglect and pollution. I believe this set in motion a new platform for us to excel, to learn and rediscover the potentials of what our mind and bodies can do naturally. The medicine has always been inside us, we have Gaia/Nature to fully help, support and love us. Moving forward we will see new revaluations and a wiser approach to health. Covid 19 update: As we go into May, I’m still at the mercy of what the County allows us to do or what not to do. It feels like progress is moving forward in phases to unlock our economy so hopefully the sound studio will be back open soon! The Singing Bowl Healing business has been on hold. I’m using this time to work on myself. Picture a faucet type gadget above your head, as you grow, expand and evolve through life that faucet opens up small increments of light. I figured t...his is great time to mirror what the planet is doing, recharging the batteries and bringing in more light. Animals and nature are regaining and strengthening their bond, I have to do the same with making sure my connection to self and to earth is pure. I’m always analyzing, listening, observing. My pulse, my heartbeat, my breathing all need to be at a nice rhythm and in harmony. You know the phrase as you get older life makes you become quieter because life humbles you well that’s pretty much how I feel these days. I don’t have much desire to express my opinion anymore, I feel so much more comfortable just being quiet and letting my life flow with the wind This is an important time in history for humans. We have to come together as a team, through unity and peace. With Earth’s energies opening up during this time of revitalization, it feels like old ways are getting shedded in conjunction with this process. With the shelter in place in effect right now of course I’m shut down until it’s lifted. I wish everyone out there to be safe and healthy through this stretch. On one hand the planet is looking oh so good, getting revitalizedAnimals and nature are thriving. On the other hand people are losing their jobs and businesses, some are sick and some are dying. It’s a delicate balance and we must stay strong and positive to hold the energy patterns moving forward to a world that look...s like it’s going to be different than it was before. I’m in awe as to what is happening right now, nervous, excited the whole range of emotions. Let’s be strong, stay grounded, be connected to spirt. My community is great, doing whatever we can to get through this the best way possible. As far as Singing Bowl Healing. My personal journey will continue to promote natural medicine, whether it’s sound medicine or enlightening people to the idea that the vaccine is already inside you. Your immune system has innate healing powers and is a machine that is constantly working for you, awake or asleep. The key is not to destruct your own body’s healing mechanism and have it impaired.
