To our Amazing ClientsWe want to sincerely thank you for your patience during this challenging situation. The health, safety & well-being of our guests, staff and community are most important to us. We have been working hard preparing for our reopening Our plan is to go beyond what is recommended. The following list will outline those protocols as well as inform you of what to expect upon returning to the salon. These protocols will start tomorrow as we open, and will be req...uired. We understand that you are all eager to be rescheduled. We have had to cancel many appointments over the past 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this new challenge of trying to schedule and accommodate all of our clients. Only the customers who is receiving the service will be allowed in the salon. *Only exceptions are for those disabled who need their care taker present. Upon arrival you will be asked to wash your hands immediately. -Your stylist or nail tech will contact you regarding health questions and temperature screenings before your appointment. Please text or call your stylist upon arrival. Each stylist will let you know when they are ready for their next client. Each area, all tools, stations and equipment will be sanitized and/or disinfected between each client Masks will be mandatory. Please come prepared. Do not remove your mask during your visit. All staff have updated certification on Sanitation protocols via Barbacide and OSHA.gov Temporarily suspending all complimentary services;No beverages, No coffee bar, etc Rest Assured, we hope to get back to a new normal and offering many of the added value services and extras you have come to enjoy.

We care deeply about the health and safety of our customers, employees, and stylists here at Simply Hair. We are closely monitoring the current situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and are committed to taking appropriate steps to navigate this challenging time. Please know that cleanliness and sanitization have always been a big part of running a great hair salon, and we already follow strict guidelines from local health departments. However, due to the current situati...on, we are increasing and adding to our current supply of cleaning and sanitizing materials to ensure our stylists can clean and disinfect the salon even more thoroughly throughout the course of the day. I have asked all Stylist/technicians displaying symptoms to avoid coming to work for a period of 14 days. We kindly request that if you are not feeling well to let your stylist know BEFORE your appointment. If you have or had a fever in the last 72hrs....been exposed to family/friends/or coworkers who have displayed any flu like symptoms.... that you please reschedule your visit for the safety of our team and other customers. We also ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointments, unless they are also getting a service done. This includes children. . Thank you from everyone at Simply Hair.
