Turn around and save yourself! Both of these children are 2 & 3 years old , it’s very important to teach your child at a young age to swim plus be able to save themselves if they get pushed or fall into the pool . Bravo to our swim instructors for working hard to teach these little ones the fundamentals and safety skills to save themselves!

AQUATIC READINESS has several layers of learning to love and to live in the water. We have the supported, assisted, and independent stages within the beginning..., Intermediate, and advance swimming levels. Tiernan just turned 13M! He started taking lessons 6 months ago at just 7M. He swims beautifully to the wall (video) which shows the wonderful ability that babies have with their swimming skills. Tiernan's mom has trusted to let go and to let the water hold him (swims independently, assisted and supported when needed). Babies are excellent breath-holders and have no fear of the water. A natural fear of falling sets in around 1.5-2 years of age. Starting out at a young age is a wonderful experience for infants physically, neurologically, socially and most of all being with the parent at eye to eye contact as well as skin contact. Give a to our amazing swim teachers! They worked hard all summer teaching your kids how to swim and how to be safe around water. We are so thankful for all of our teachers and look forward to teaching your kids again next summer!!

Next week is the LAST week of swim lessons ..... We have had so much fun teaching all these kids how to swim this summer!

Swimming lessons isn’t just about swimming.... it’s also about having fun! This is L (9 years old) diving down to the bottom of the pool for rings!

1.....2......3...... hold your breath and swim! . . . This is E’s second session taking swim lessons (14 lessons)! In the last two months she has learned to hold her breath and swim to the wall, climb out of the pool, monkey monkey to safety, and has successfully floated on her back one time this summer! She also just started doing kicks and does tiny arm pulls during her swims all by herself! We are so proud of all our swimming babies this summer!
