In the El Paseo, downtown SB this Sunday!

A tad late to post, but our last day of Harvest 2019 (pressing) was November 20. Starting the first week of October picking Los Alamos Pinot Noir for vin gris. The following week Pinot, Syrah & Sangiovese. Then Chenin Blanc & Cab Franc. Then Cab Franc again & Nebbiolo. Essentially everything was picked in 4 weeks this year.

Sangiovese foam bath= yeast are happy & ready to make alcohol, heat & CO2. How do you know if you're harvest tired? If I backed my car into my old house from the detached garage, I pulled back into the garage & went back to sleep. This am, I put my passcode into the Microwave. Getting close....
