Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've posted- I've been in extreme training going back to school in the Massage Therapist program at SFSM. I'm learning so much! Today I had an incredible experience and Somatic Emotional Release in my Ortho Bionomy workshop with Jim Berns. What a truly gifted healer and teacher! More to come! Last day of Core Integration 1 with Mart Morales with the Morales Method. We have been studying core structural integration and body reading techniques. This class has completely changed the way I look at the body and will directly effect my assessment piece of a bodywork session. I am super grateful for this knowledge and look forward to integrating it into my practice! Mind blown. #moralesmethod #seriousbodyworker
