Great news to wrap up our season with! Congratulations to Tim & Misti, we know you are going to do an awesome job!

Just when I think I've seen enough strangeness this season....One of our guests, Jim Watson was wandering around town late in the evening, taking some beautiful photographs, when he spotted some unusual activity over by one of the wagons in our courtyard. Lo and behold, this is what he sees as he rounds the corner....Santa & Mrs. Claus taking a little rest in our courtyard! They heard we were a pet friendly place, so they brought their dog Jake with them on a little trip. Jim asked if he could take a picture, and of course they agreed. Santa was checking up on all the kids in the area to see if they have been naughty or nice... He will be back in a couple of months....but you never know when Santa, Mrs. Claus & Jake might show up between now and then!

Wooohooo!! Glad to see some of our favorite fishermen, Ron and the boys catching some browns and rainbows on the reservoir with Ken Hoffman's Guide Service!! Just about the 4th trip the guys have made this year...Heck, Donnie even landed a pretty good looking perch. Came back and had a nice BBQ in our courtyard....might have had a couple of adult beverages, too Great weather, what a perfect afternoon!

Fall colors are spectacular, skies are still clear and apparently Ken Hoffman's Guide service is still catching fish on the reservoir in spite of the wind yesterday. We also had some guests who fished with Ken during their stay with us, boy were they happy campers!
