I remember it being a big moment for the whole team when we relocated to our current warehouse over 2 years ago. It felt like we were finally grownups, running a real business, and ready to expand our inventory! However the entrepreneurship journey is filled with ups and downs. Since moving here, there has been times where I thought Gosh we’ll have to move again soon to a bigger warehouse!, to times where I thought I think we need to downsize to a smaller space so we c...an save on rent. No matter what that emotional roller coaster is like, I remind myself to stay focused on what’s important right now instead of anticipating something that we’re not ready for, and know that’s also just part of the job description, with great power, comes great responsibility.
