Aaand we welcome the Spring 2020 class of new members to California Epsilon!!! Congrats to all the new guys!
Happy summer everybody! Occidental is a special school that allows students to better themselves and the community around them. Here is Cal Ep’s very own Will Sheerin highlighting the Oxy Campaign for Good. Enjoy! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OqMcVKw9ml8&feature=youtu.be
For Cal Ep’s most recent philanthropy event, we teamed up with Oxy 350 to pick up trash around campus! Big shout out to both organizations and everyone involved who helped in keeping our campus green!#tgtuesdays #greenearth #trashpickup
Happy Tuesday! California Epsilon’s brother bio of the week belongs to Logan Hand! Born on February 7th ,1998, Logan grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a sophomore Diplomacy and World Affairs major and Biology minor. Logan loves water and the ocean. A.K.A. Divemaster, Logan has been on more than 250 dives! Wow! . He also has on older sister who graduated college last spring. Logan’s wisdom of the week: We are never more (and sometimes less) than the co-authors of o...ur own narratives. - Alasdair MacIntyre Logan’s favorite quote: "Before my highest mountain I stand and before my longest wondering: To that end I must go down deeper than I ever descended. - Zarathustra, F. Nietzsche Cheers to Logan on this wonderful #tgtuesday
California Epsilon’s brother bio of the week is Spencer Raub! Spencer is a junior Biochemistry and History double major. Hailing from Lake Stevens, WA, Spencer returned to his state over the summer and worked as a certified EMT for Snohomish County. Finding time away from the books, last year Spencer was able to revitalize the Occidental Club Hockey Team and lead as a captain on the ice. He also plays on Oxy’s Club Lacrosse team. An awesome fun fact: Spencer has two little ...brothers, and shares his birthday with both of them! How about that! Spencer’s wisdom of the week: A penny saved is as good as a wink to a blind man. Fav quote: I knew exactly what to do. But in a much more real sense, I had no idea what to do. -Michael Scott Here’s to a great year ahead for Spencer on this beautiful #tgtuesday
The fresh new school year is fast approaching and California Epsilon can’t help but be thrilled to get the band back together to enjoy the coming semester! Cal Ep and its members had a wonderful summer, and the Chapter was featured as the National Runner-up for the Outstanding Health and Safety Award and the Brandon Weghorst Outstanding Chapter Communication Award. Major ups to the chapter for achieving recognition in important aspects of community living. We hope to add more awards as well as take the National Spots next year, and that all starts right when we get back! @ Occidental College

Wow! I can’t believe the day has finally come! A handful of select brothers of California Epsilon had trouble sleeping last night in anticipation but we have finally made it! What a great day it’s been spending time with our brothers at the University of La Verne learning about professional development. Truly a bountiful day for brotherhood. #PA
