On January 19th, staff will present to City Council the 2040 General Plan Draft Land Use Map, Proposed Roadway Changes, and other Key Strategies and recommend approval for staff to proceed to Phase 3 of the project. This item was continued from the December 1st meeting. Staff received many questions regarding the proposed strategy to allow a greater array of housing types in single-unit neighborhoods.
