Progress is continuing, with the Federal and County permits in place and the State permit pending. Looking forward to starting production within a couple of months, so stay tuned --

Results are in from El Dorado County Fair’s brew competition. Brewed in the TTB-licensed area and with the needed brand, recipe, and label approvals, meads submitted here are pre-production batches of recipes that have medaled in major mead competitions as homebrew, while other regulatory steps progress. Silver medals for 2 traditional meads and 2 bronze medals for fruit meads is a pleasing result for small pre-production batches that are validations of brewing in the new area.
