Keto Spaghetti w/Spaghetti Squash and small side salad 1/2 lb Beyond meat or Reg Ground beef 2 Tbspn butter 1/4 c Crush garlic 1/2 c Green onion... 1/4 c Brn onions 1/2 Bellpepper 1/2 c Fresh Basil Small jar Classic Organic pizza sauce 1/2 c shredded cheddar Colby cheese 2 Tbspn Parmesan cheese In skillet heat butter and sauté garlic, Gen onions, Brn onions, Bellpepper and half of Basil until tender. Add meat and seasoning with following: 1/2 tspn S e a s o n s a l t 1/4 tspn B l a c k p e p p e r 1/4 tspn G a r l i c p o w d e r 1/4 tspn O n i o n p o w d e r 1/4 tspn Paprika 1/4 tspn Cumin 1/4 tspn Cayenne pepper 1/4 tspn Basil 1/4 tspn Thyme 1/4 Oregano Add half of sauce and cheese. Stir in and simmer and add other half of fresh basil Optional top with sour cream And Parmesan cheese To prepare Soaghetti squash Cut the long way in half, core season w/ salt and pepper and pour a lil olive oil in the middle. Bake at 400 in oven covered for 1 hr or until tender. You can also cook in microwave for 5 minutes. I prefer oven and I do a couple days before and just refrigerate until I’m ready to make dish to save time. Simple small salad; Mixed greens Beets Red onions Blue cheese Avocado Blk pepper Lil cheddar cheese Blue cheese dressing

Catfish with Brown Gravy Brown Use 2-4 pcs of catfish Use the following seasonings * 1/2 tsp Season salt * 1/2 tsp Black pepper... * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder * 1/2 tsp Onion Powder * 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder * 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder * 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional) 1/2 med onion and bell peppers sliced 2 tbsp fresh minced Garlic U will need a Pyrex dish Spray with Pam Season both sides of fish Add all ingredients Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 mins Cover with foil Remove fr oven and pour your juice in a bowl to use for your gravy Put fish in Broiler for about 5-10 mins to brown and remove. Cooking fish on top of stove Repeat the above and use butter and cook Make your gravy and add to pan and simmer. Gravy Flour Onions optional Oil 1 tspn Loose Bouillon Use an iron skillet 1/3 cup of oil very hot & Add chopped onions optional 1/3 cup of flour add a little at a time Until its a little Pasty & keep stirring. (Fire is med) Stir until dark brown or the color you want. Add broth from your fish and keep stirring & adding broth until its smooth and has a nice gravy thickness, not to thick because one it cools it will thicken a lil more. Frozen spinach 1 Sharp Cheddar cheese grated 1 pkg Cotija Cheese 1 pkg Queso Quesadilla Cheese Sliced Olives 3 Green Onions 1 Bellpepper 2 Cilantro Sauté Jalapeños (Optional) 2 Lrg cans Las Palmas Red Enchilada Sauce Season yr Shrimp With the following: Sauté garlic, green onions brown onion and 1/4 of chopped cilantro Add yr choice of shrimp or Beyond And season with the following: * 1/2 tsp Season salt * 1/2 tsp Black pepper * 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder * 1/2 tsp Onion Powder * 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder * 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder * 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Optional) Put yr red sauce in a bowl Chopped all yr ingredients Warm yr corn tortillas You will need a pan You dip warm tortillas in red sauce and add your shrimp Queso cheese Sharp cheese Corn Spinach Sliced Olives Green Onions Cilantro Jalapeños sauté chopped (Optional) Garnish top of Enchiladas with Cotija cheese Cheddar Green onions Cilentro Olives Bake at 375 degrees for 17 minutes. Once it’s complete, allow to cool and serve.
