DSAL and Sheriffs FC are proud to announce Milan Moses as a new addition to the program as a staff coach. We are excited to have someone from the community, with Milan’s playing background, be a part of this organization. Milan Moses is a native of the Bay Area and played club soccer for Pleasanton Rage. Milan started her college soccer career at San Diego State. At SDSU she made the Mountain West All-Conference First Team and the Mountain West All-Tournament Team. She was on... the Top Drawer Soccer Freshman Top 100 list (# 51). Moses was also ranked the # 2 player in the Mountain West prior to the 2016 season. She helped SDSU win the regular season title in 2015. Moses transferred to the University of San Diego for her final two seasons. At USD she was twice selected All-West Coast Conference First Team. Milan was a United Soccer Coaches All-Western Region Second Team pick. She was ranked the #8 player in the West Coast Conference for the 2019 season. On Oct. 21, 2019 she was voted WCC player of the week for registering a hat trick against Loyola Marymount. Milan was named to the 2019 Preseason All-West Coast Conference team. Moses' teammates selected her the MVP and the Offensive Player of the year both seasons. Moses graduated with a degree in Anthropology. Milan also enjoyed a stellar basketball career. She was a three time All-DFAL (Diablo Foothill Athletic League) selection. During her senior year she was named to the Contra Costa Times All-East Bay Team and San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro Team. She also was selected to the Max Preps and Cal Hi Sports All-State basketball teams. She led Dublin High School to its first NCS title since 1988 winning the Division ll title in 2015. We are very excited to have Milan join the Sheriffs FC coaching staff! Along with being a local standout during her youth club years and her stellar playing career at the University of San Diego, Milan is from the community and will provide our players with another role model who can connect on and off the field. It’s important to us that our staff be filled with people of great character who can teach the game, connect with people and represent the community in which we live and play, and Milan is all of that.
