Shaver Lake Marina

Hello everyone, we were notified that Edison will not be opening the lake this weekend. We don't have any idea when they will reopen. Due to the uncertainty, we have decided to close the Marina for the season. You are welcome to take your boats out of the water, but the lake is closed for recreation. Some of our slip holders have mentioned that you lost your boat trailers in the fire and are trying to figure out how to remove your boats. UPDATED INFO 9/29/20: Edison is now saying they are aiming to reopen the lake by the weekend, however, there are NO guarantees so please check here for more updates. As soon as we are told the lake is open we will post it! No one is allowed on the lake for recreation yet. Hello Everyone! We will be reopening tomorrow, Tuesday 9/29/20 at 8am! Those of you who have boats docked at our Marina can come pick them up, or leave them here and go out and enjoy some more lake time. Camp Edison is opening the Lake Thursday, October 1st. We will begin taking reservations for boat rentals tomorrow. We are going to try to stay open as long as possible this season as long as lake levels and weather continue to cooperate. Our hours will be from 8 am - 5 pm every day. Hope to see you soon!

Hello everyone! We have some good news to share. These pictures were taken today at the Marina. So far, all boats are safe and the Marina area looks untouched by the fire. We have not been allowed to get up there yet but we will keep everyone updated as we get new information. We are eternally grateful to all the first responders for their heroic work on this beast of a fire. We are praying they get this thing under control asap. For those who haven't heard, there is no access to Shaver Lake except first responders and people working on the fire. Most areas, all the way down to Prather, have been evacuated. Please pray for all those working on the fire and to save people's homes and businesses. It's going to be a long night...15-40 mph winds coming. Be safe everyone.

Due to the wildfires going on in the Shaver Lake area, all businesses are closed and they have recommended voluntary evacuation to the residents. GREAT NEWS!!! We are super happy to announce that the Lake is opening on Saturday, June 6th for limited use!!! According to the update we received, the hours of operation for Camp Edison will be 8 am to 8 pm. Our Marina hours will be 8 am to 6 pm.
