This past Saturday, The City of Menlo Park and Facebook held a meeting at Onetta Harris Community Center, to discuss the new plans for construction of a new Belle Haven Community Center The plans we’re nice and with facebook footing the bill, it was set to be done in record time with new facilities to accommodate a growing city. Cool !! But WHATS UP WITH THE NAME CHANGE ? Do you know the history behind that name. Do you know who Onetta Harris was and what she did for thi...s community and why she was honored ? Do you know how many kids lived in Menlo Park but were raised at OHCC ? If this is you.
