many times sitting with clients to discuss pricing to list or buy often they pull out their zillow estimate- i have to explain how zillow is only accurate when pricing "track" homes- like for like- orange to orangecan't use it for apple and orange.

LA- McManisons- some good newsthese houses are being torn down without asbestos removal etc- the air quality next to one of these almost 100 year old homes is terribleif a house is being torn down in your neighborhood call EPA 1800-CUT-SMOG and have them investigate.
