Here's something new! We swapped out the queen size platform bed and end tables for a Murphy bed with hutches for storage. It was quite an ordeal putting this together, but we did it! It’s from BredaBeds.com. 2nd picture shows the previous bed. Snapped these pics real quick and then cropped them from panoramic shots ... so that’s why the walls look wavy, ha ha!

Our bathroom makeover ... new floor, new vanity, new medicine cabinet, new vanity light, new paint, new baseboards, new doorknob, new toilet seat, new bath tissue holder. Just about the only thing that was the way we planned it was the new vanity light! Ha ha! I wasn't sure about how it all turned out, but I guess it was OK, because ... when the new tenant checked in today, the first thing she told me, after she got settled in, was how impressed she was by the bathroom! And come to think of it, we've never actually gotten a compliment on the bathroom before. So I guess it was time for an upgrade.

Here's our new bathroom floor. Are you surprised? So are we! We had planned on something different, but that floor didn't come in time, so we went with this one, which was in stock. Glad to see it was MADE IN THE USA. And we only needed 3 boxes, which was about $120 to do the whole bathroom floor. Love it!
