TACF Food Fest 2020!! Oa misua, or oyster vermicelli, is yet another dish that showcases Taiwan’s abundance of delicious, fresh seafood. Steamed, thin, tan-brown vermicelli noodles and tiny, precious oysters are mixed into a thick, bonito flavored soup that will warm your insides to the core.
