SF State Entrepreneurship Program 15.11.2020

EXTENDED DEADLINE 4/12 - APPLY HERE AND READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: https://docs.google.com//1FAIpQLSfP06NHTYEgxlU7e/viewform To be a viable project for this competition, at least one team member must be a major within the SF State College of Science & Engineering (CoSE). Majors include biology, chemistry & biochemistry, computer science, earth & climate science, engineering, geography & environment, mathematics, physics & astronomy and psychology.... Save the date: Thursday, April 26. If your project is chosen, you will need to pitch your project on this date in front of fellow students and a panel of entrepreneurial judges. Only projects that attend the pitch event will be eligible for prizes. 1st Prize: $1,000 + $5,000 in in-kind services | 2nd Prize: $750 | 3rd Prize: $500 Timeline: * Until Thursday, 4/12 at midnight: applications will be open (note new extended deadline!) * Tuesday, 4/17: All team leads will be contacted and informed if their team has been selected to move forward to the pitch competition * Thursday, 4/26, 6-9pm: Selected projects will pitch at the pitch event. Winners will be announced at the end of the event. If your team is selected to pitch, we highly encourage your entire team attend the pitch event on April 26. Pitch time is five minutes and will be strictly enforced. After your pitch, judges will follow up with questions to your group. Each selected team will be in front of judges 10-15 minutes total.
