We have been trying to get a foreclosure sale date extension for 2 weeks now. Spoke with about 50 people at Green Tree bank, from customer service to office of the president and corporate. Every single person told us same thing: foreclosure is so close that we don't have time to review the file so we won't, and we won't postpone the foreclosure, so don't even bother calling. But we kept calling, every day, every hour.... Yesterday we finally got a hold of a random supervisor at Loss Mitigation department who listened. He immediately reached out to the head of Foreclosure Department and they gave us extension. Foreclosure was scheduled for 12:30 today. Now we got a 30 day extension. NEVER GIVE UP! There's always that one person who is willing to help!
