HELP SUPPORT SFFC DURING COVID-19 CLOSURE Dear fellow SFFC Families- We hope you are staying healthy during these uncertain times.... We are a group of concerned families who are committed to SFFC and would like to see it survive this difficult time while the club is forced to temporarily close. We're writing to you as fellow fencing parents to ask you to support SFFC if you are able. Your support will go toward club operating expenses (which is mainly coaches salaries) during the closure. We think it's safe to expect that many small businesses will not survive the COVID-19 pandemic, and we don't want to see SFFC disappear. We are writing now to see if we are able to gather enough support from our SFFC community to keep the club in business. Please consider paying as much of your regular monthly club fee as you are able (or more) so that SFFC and its excellent coaches will be around when our children are able to return to fencing. Again, coach salaries and benefits (including health care and rent subsidies) account for the majority of club expenses. We hope to have the chance to discuss it with you and share our own enthusiasm for SFFC and appreciation for what it makes possible for our children, and to enlist your support.
