"School of the Epiphany's ASB hosted a pumpkin decorating contest for 3 categories: Scariest, Funniest, and Most Creative. We had so many awesome submissions that it was very difficult for the faculty to narrow it down to the top 5. Now Facebook friends, it is your turn to help us pick the winner in each category. Please comment below on the number of your favorite pumpkin. This first category is "Scariest Pumpkin". You are only allowed to vote once and voting closes at 6 PM. Thanks for your help!"
Can you say "cuteness overload"??? Look at these cute Kindergartners who are going "batty" for Halloween 2020. It is the "spook-tacular" Class of 2029!!!

Congratulations to School of the Epiphany's Class of 2026 who received the Sacrament of the Eucharist on Friday, October 16th, 2020 in the Church of the Epiphany. "On your special day and every time you receive Him in Holy Communion, Jesus will fill you with love and peace. Thanking God for this great blessing!"
The 7th Grade at School of the Epiphany (Class of 2022), read a story titled, "An hour with Abuela". Students were then asked to write a speech, poem or rap on the importance of grandparents in our society. Here is one of the entries. Bravo, bravo, Daniel W.! (GO EAGLES!!! ) Importance of Grandparents Rap They give us rules and teach us wrong from right... They teach us to be back for supper before night Our grandparents love us They give us kisses goodnight and tell us to sleep well not letting the bed bugs bite They make sure we live life and stay in the lines They’ll love me forever even though they get mad sometimes They tell us to look both ways when we’re crossing the street Tell us to put sunscreen on when we’re exposed to heat Tell us to close our mouths when we’re chewing to eat Tell us not to walk around with no shoes on our feet Without my grandparents I wouldn’t be complete When you can’t talk to your parents They're there for you When you're feeling blue They make you feel new Provide you with shampoo Take me to the zoo Look there’s a kangaroo Grandma and grandpa I love you
Every year, School of the Epiphany's 5th Grade enjoys reading the book "Frindle" by Andrew Clements. However, notice from these two photos how the times have changed as a result of Distance Learning. Then (September 2017) in the classroom and Now (September 2020) in the "Zoom" classroom. In both photos the fifth graders are holding a "Frindle". Sorry, no spoilers. You will need to read the story to find out what a "Frindle" is. Happy reading...
School of the Epiphany is so excited to share these photos of the freshly painted school yard featuring hopscotch, four square areas, a new track and more.
School of the Epiphany is very proud of two of its alumni Jimmy Velasco and Ben Gerigk (pictured right) who are at Bishop White Seminary in Spokane, Washington. We keep them in our prayers as they accept God's calling and continue on their journey, as seminarians. EAGLE strong! Blessings always...
