It’s like a matcha shot with a mini sea of foam on top; traditionally, a bamboo scoop and whisk are used. We used high-quality ceremonial matcha from Uji, Japan. It’s creamy, fresh, a little vegetal and nutty with a sweet finish. No ...milk needed - this grade is not used for lattes. Although the current City Moratorium on commercial tenant evictions are in place until November 30 2020, it does not specify the terms to provide a reasonable rent repayment program. ... THE SOLUTION: San Francisco Board of Supervisor Aaron Peskin will introduce an Ordinance to provide further protections for small business tenants at the upcoming Board of Supervisors Land Use Committee Meeting on Monday, November 2, 2020. THIS COMMERCIAL EVICTION MORATORIUM ORDINANCE would: Provide protection to small businesses, not office tenants or formula retail tenants. Extend rent deferral to the date of the Governor’s order, currently March 31, 2021, as may be extended by any future order by the Governor. Provide Options for tenants with less than 10 employees so they would also have the right to terminate the lease upon payment of the sum of (x) any delinquent rent prior to March 2020, plus (y) 3 months-rent. Details: The rent deferred would be based on the size of the tenant: Tenants with less than 10 employees would have 2 years to repay the deferred rent Tenants with more than 10 employees but less than 25 employees would have 18 months to repay the deferred rent Tenants with more than 25 employees but less than 50 employees would have 12 months to repay the deferred rent TAKE ACTION NOW 1. I love all the pottery ChaTo gets from the Shuho kiln. Beautiful, creative glazes. Look at the gorgeous plum blossoms both inside and outside of this cup! Plus, the volume is pretty big and fits a full brew from my red Tokoname kyusu. Sometimes you just need a fat cup of tea. I don't typically keep a ton of blends in th...e house. At most I'll keep a genmaicha on me. But this blend is very special, and the second ChaTo got it back in stock, I had to order some: yuzu fukamushi sencha! We're getting into yuzu season now, and since I don't have a giant tub filled with these big citrusy bois to soak my tired body in, I know I'll be brewing this up all fall and winter to take advantage of its gorgeous aroma. It's supremely comforting, and while the main note here is the yuzu rind that bursts like sunshine on your palate, the fukamushi sencha is the perfect base to balance out the pungent citrus. This is also a perfect cold brew candidate, and I'd even add a little honey to this. You can do a lot with this tea. What I love about this blend is how straightforward it is: just sencha and yuzu peel. Nothing else. The second infusion was mind-blowing. Ohsumi Yuzu Fukamushi Sencha is here! This deep steamed Kagoshima tea is speckled with aromatic dried yuzu peel. If you like the bright citrus flavor of yuzu, this tea is a must-try. As with all fukamushi teas, we recommend a shorter steep time of 20 to 30 seconds. Be sure to separate the leaves from the water after steeping, and prepare additional steeps without any wait time. Enjoy 3-4 steeps. Try it cold brewed, too!
