Thank you to Julia, a program manager from Sword to Plowshares for coming by this morning to pick up eight orders for homeless vets who are moving into the newly opened Edwin M. Lee Apartments. Thank you to our veterans for their services.

Thank you to Ibrahim from Hamilton Families for picking up a van full of household goods, which will be going to three homeless families that are transitioning into permanent housing. Thank you to SFAR and our partnering organizations for making this possible!

Throwback Thursday! Sky from Homeless Prenatal Program picking up a Welcome Home Package for his clients before the holidays. Thank you to SFAR and our partnering organizations for helping clients turn their houses into homes.

Nic Grace came by this morning with his case manager to pick up his Welcome Home Package. He could not stop smiling and was beyond happy to see what was in the package. He expressed his excitement to use the provided bathroom and cooking ware as this is the first time in 20 years that he gets to have his own kitchen and bathroom.
