I was today years old when I discovered I could use up my excess jam to make fabulous bread! This one is GF made from strawberry rose geranium jam from the pantry, 2018 crop. Added lots of buddha hand zest and some sheep yogurt from @gardenvarietycheese Topped 2 loaves with with crushed pistachios, a very good call. Taking a closer look at the damage from this enormous pine that fell on the farm. Not too much considering the size of it. We will need to chop it up to extract our little tractor and pipes but that is pretty much it. The upside? We now have our very own forest.
