Hi everyone! Just added Cardio Drumming 2 and Zumba Gold 2 to the exercise lineup on LivingFitSeniors.com. We're working on more content. Check out the Calendar .. just added a Tuesday recurring Zoom meeting for the knitting group, beginning 11/03/20. Please note ... we know the video and audio on some are not perfect, or even great. We're still learning and will eventually find the right equipment and get it all right. For now, everything is done with all our love for you
