Congratulations to Molly B., the winner of our Get Fall Ready #AMIChallenge! We caught up with Molly to celebrate with her, and asked her to share what she learned during the Challenge over the last few weeks. Here is what Molly had to say:"The AMI challenge was really exactly the "re-boot" I needed.After all the pivoting from mostly selling through in person events to 100% digital sales due to COVID-19, frankly I was worn out and in completely reactive mode.This chall...enge helped me kick myself in gear to be proactive about customercommunications again!" . . How she uses custom labels to connect with customers: "My company isn't integrated with AMI so all the normal customer follow-up that just automatically happens for those whose order data auto-magically" populates doesn't happen for me.I found that trying to re-createeach order for each customer in AMI just too much work for my time constraints.This challenge really got me thinking about how I could use custom labels for this.I created custom labels for each month and updated my contacts with a label for the last month they ordered in so I can proactively reach out for re-orders based on filtering for contacts with those labels.Because our inventory turns over so much, Ihave also started adding custom labels to contacts based on their preferences. In my business’ case this was for wine categories likedry red wine, dry white wine, semi sweet white, and dessert wines. With these labels, when we release a new wine, I can more intelligently share that product with targeted contacts that have tags matching that type and varietal. . . On the moment with AMI’s link views tracking: "Completely new to me that I learned in thischallenge was how you can see in your sharing history if the shared link has been viewed by the contacts you shared with and how many times.That was a huge lightbulb moment!Because of this challenge, I feel that I am ready for the Fall and holiday digital selling season!Thank you so much! . . Today we celebrate #WomensEqualityDay, the anniversary date of the certification of the #19thAmendment, which extended the right to women to vote! Pictured above are some of the female leaders at @sellwithAMI both past and present from a photo last Fall. We do recognize that if all the women on Team AMI were alive in 1920, less than half of them would have had the right to vote. . . Asian women got the right to vote in 1952. In 1957 Native American woman got the right to vote. And then in 1965, Black and Latina women got these same rights. We recognize the progress that was made in 1920 and the incredible progress made since that we celebrate today. And we are here to advocate for voting rights for all. Here’s to continual and constant progress for a better world #poweredbyAMI

Our mission has always been to empower our #poweredbyAMI community members easily connect with their customers, leads, and team members. Something we couldn’t have anticipated was how AMI would also bring together sellers using the AMI app. We love witnessing sellers trading ideas & tips in our community and encouraging one another to achieve their business goals & dreams. . . The two lovely #poweredbyAMI community members pictured here are Karen and Liz. They’ve both been i...n our community for over 18 months each and been incredible community membersalways looking for opportunities to help coach others. They’re in the same lineage in their direct sales company and had a few connection over the years. This picture was captured during the only time they met in person. We love how happy they look to finally meet in person! . . Karen and Liz first formed a sisterly bond on Facebook. And then Sell with AMI came into both of their lives! They love how much it has helped them remember when to reach out to their customers to help them build real connections. And we love that they even started a group for other sisters that sell for their direct sales company and use the AMI app to help provide guidance, best practices, and tips. . . We everything about this photo that Julie G.’s husband took of her as she works her business using the AMI app from her new hammock chair, soaking up the last few days of summer in Wisconsin. We also loved a post she shared in a company-specific #poweredbyAMI community about the importance of connecting with customers, especially when it isn’t business as usual. . . Julie shared: Because of what I do, I always notice the customer service and connection I get - or don't ge...t - from others. Back in April 2020 I ordered from a direct seller at a different company. The order took like 3 months to arrive, and while HQ kept me posted on the delay, I literally never got so much as a thank you or hello from the direct seller. I couldn't for the life of me tell you what her name was. She totally missed the opportunity to build a relationship that could have served both of us. . . Julie added about the impact of going beyond a simple ‘thank you’ message: Even with direct sellers who do send a thank you, it's rare that they follow-up later to make sure I got my order and love it. My second follow-up prompted by AMI which is a short check on their order, gets more responses than others - and they often express appreciation that I checked on them. . . Julie on why it matters to connect even if you don’t hear back: I know most of our customers don't necessarily respond to our reach-outs, but they matter!! They show that we didn't want to just take their money and peace out. . . Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Julie!
