In your grocery stores and in your restaurants and frankly, even in your hotels, this is the LEAST USE OF MASKS that we have seen in retail establishments of any place we have been, the White House's coronavirus task force coordinator, Deborah Birx, told reporters after touring North Dakota, which has the highest covid-19 death rate IN THE WORLD
Mother and Baby #Nurses showed up and supported each other at Monterey Park Hospital today. Generations of Monterey Park residents have placed trust in veteran Nurses only for the Hospital to give a one day notice before their unit was shut down.
Some of these Nurses have worked at Monterey Park Hospital for 23+ plus years. Tireless advocates for the local communities families, they received one day of notice before the mother/baby unit was closed "until further notice."
Happening now!!!! Nurses are out hereThe Monterey Park Hospitalan AHMC-owned hospital that was awarded more than $6 million in federal hospital bailout money and remains financially healthyis using the impact of COVID-19 to justify shuttering the department and laying off Nurses who have played an important role in the lives of Monterey Park families. #MotherBabyUnit #PostpartumNurses
HCA Healthcare again reports record-breaking profits as they continue to endanger lives by scrimping on #PPE, slashing desperately needed staff from the schedules and slowing their COVID-19 testing. #unconscionable #N95sSaveLives #GetMePPE #SafeStaffingSavesLives Riverside Community Hospital West Hills Hospital and Medical Center Los Robles Regional Medical Center

"Last week, the country hit 70,000 daily cases for the first time since July. The new climb in cases also started from a higher point than the summer peak did; with more virus circulating, it’s more likely that some cases will spark new chains of transmission or that superspreading events will occur."
Please just listen to Nurses: 1. Wear a mask 2. Social distance 3. Wash hands
